법원 명령에 의한 중재에 돌입하다 라는 표현으로 head into court-ordered arbitration 이라는 표현을 사용할 수 있습니다. Arbitration 은 중재, 조정, 중재재판 등의 의미로 주로 사용됩니다. 중재 재판소는 court of arbitration 이라고 합니다. 분쟁을 중재에 회부하다 라고 하면 Refer a dispute to~ 또는 submit a dispute to~ 라는 표현을 사용합니다.
